Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Here's how 
it works and what to expect.

THE 30-DAY WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered 
to request a return. After 30 days, we're no longer 
able to accept returns.

ELIGIBILITY

Returns must be unused and in original working condition, 
with all original packaging intact. You'll need your 
order number or proof of purchase. Items that have been 
used or are missing original packaging are not eligible 
for return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email contact@purstine.com with your order number and 
the reason for return. We'll respond and, if approved, 
send you return instructions and the shipping address.

Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — 
we can't accept unannounced returns.

RETURN SHIPPING AND FEES

Because we offer free outbound shipping on every order, 
returns are subject to two charges:

  • A 40% restocking fee — this covers the cost we 
    absorbed shipping your order to you.

  • Return shipping — the customer's responsibility. You 
    can use your own carrier, or we can provide a 
    prepaid label for $7.99 deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email 
contact@purstine.com within 7 days of delivery with 
photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange 
return and issue a refund or replacement at no cost 
to you.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process 
the refund to your original payment method. Your bank 
may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the 
refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we 
approved your return and you still don't see it, email 
contact@purstine.com and we'll look into it.

EXCHANGES

We currently carry only one product. If your unit 
arrived defective and you'd like a replacement instead 
of a refund, email contact@purstine.com with photos and 
a clear description of what isn't working. Once we've 
verified the issue, we'll send a replacement at no cost. 
Otherwise, please return the original and place a new 
order.

EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order shipped to a European Union address, you 
have the right to cancel or return your order within 
14 days, for any reason and without justification. The 
same condition requirements above apply.

SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
